Non-Refundable Services:
Fees paid for software development, digital marketing, hosting, SMS, and other digital services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or activated.
Exceptional Cases:
In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate payment, service not delivered as agreed in writing), Focus Media will process the refund within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment only.
Refund Requests:
Any refund request must be submitted in writing via email to our support team with valid proof of payment and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed carefully, and approval will be at the sole discretion of Focus Media.
